Welcome to our FAQ page, where we address common inquiries about our innovative architectural designs, products and services providing you with valuable insights to enhance your experience with our brand.

What are your shipping policies/fees?

We offer worldwide shipping for our products. Due to the size of our products, we don’t charge shipping fees upon checkout. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you with a personalized shipping fee quote based on your order and its destination. 

 

Please note: All marble items ship from our Cocoa Florida location unless stated otherwise.

 

When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?

All instock items will ship about a week after your order is placed. All other items will ship approximately 90 to 120 days after your order is placed. When we contact you with your shipping quote, we’ll also advise you of the lead time of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking. Your order should arrive 5-7 business days once it ships. We appreciate your patience.

 

Can I pick up my order at one of your showrooms?

Yes, you can place your order online and pick it up for no cost. Simply select "pick-up" at check out and specify the location: Either our Saugerties NY or Cocoa FL location. You will receive an email once your order is ready.

Although we maintain ample stock for most items, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order to confirm product availability. You can contact us via email at joe@fromeuropetoyou.com or phone at 845-246-7274.

What if the item I want is not in stock?
Unfortunately, antique items cannot be reordered, but you can reorder any marble and iron products. If you are interested in an item that is marked as out of stock please Contact us via email at joe@fromeuropetoyou.com or phone at 845-246-7274 to see if it’s available for special order.

What is your return policy?
From Europe To You offers returns when an item is not delivered as stated. The buyer has 48 hours upon receipt of the goods to notify us of any problems. We are not responsible for damaged items due to any shipper but will assist with filing the proper paperwork for insurance claims.

How can I place an order?

You can also purchase our merchandise via our eBay and Etsy sites.

In addition to our vast array of products available online we also offer custom design services and estate and auction services to help you manage your collections.
